Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Train, motivate, and supervise 10-15 team members to meet productivity targets
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Resolve operational bottlenecks using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills for inventory management and process optimization
- Excellent leadership abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
