Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Lead, train, and mentor 10+ team members to ensure productivity and safety standards
- Implement lean methodologies to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate WMS data
- Ensure OSHA compliance and enforce safety protocols across all shifts
- Collaborate with transportation and procurement teams for seamless coordination
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution or fulfillment centers
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to analyze operational metrics and implement data-driven solutions
- Excellent problem-solving abilities for inventory and logistics challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
