Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ warehouse associates through coaching and performance management
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to maintain accident-free operations
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory accuracy and report key performance metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional teams with logistics, transportation, and quality control departments
- Conduct regular audits and maintain compliance with company and industry standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse supervisory experience with team leadership responsibilities
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active) and inventory management
- OSHA 30-hour certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proven ability to optimize warehouse layouts and implement process improvements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication abilities for coordinating cross-functional teams
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse automation technologies
