Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement lean practices to optimize inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct regular safety audits
- Coordinate with logistics team to maintain seamless supply chain integration
- Generate and analyze performance reports for continuous improvement
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and repair schedules
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in distribution/fulfillment
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution capabilities
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations preferred
