- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage and develop team of 10-15 warehouse staff through training and performance coaching
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement process improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with transportation and purchasing teams
- Generate operational reports and analyze key performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of team leadership and staff development
- Forklift certification and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
