Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ team members across receiving, inventory, and shipping operations
- Implement lean principles to optimize workflow efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure 100% OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS management
- Collaborate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
Qualifications
- 5+ years in warehouse/supply chain management with 2+ supervisory experience
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operator credentials required
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Proven experience implementing process improvements
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Associate's degree in Logistics or related field preferred
