Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person team with flexible scheduling options
- Optimize inventory management systems and order fulfillment workflows
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and purchasing departments
- Conduct performance reviews and mentor staff development programs
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience with flexible scheduling background
- OSHA 30-hour certification and safety management expertise
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication abilities for team leadership and stakeholder coordination
- Forklift certification and material handling equipment experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations preferred
