Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff to maintain optimal productivity and performance
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to achieve OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and minimize losses

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training

- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
