Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods
- Supervise and mentor 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement inventory control systems using WMS software to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Conduct OSHA-compliant safety training and enforce workplace protocols
- Optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development success
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience in high-volume distribution centers
