Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 warehouse staff, scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Oversee receiving, stocking, and shipping operations with 99.5% accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS software
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Analyze KPIs to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution centers
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Data analysis experience with Excel and reporting tools
