Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular inspections
- Manage inventory control systems (WMS) and cycle counts
- Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks and optimize storage layouts
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and procedures
- Generate performance reports and identify operational improvements
- Collaborate with logistics team on shipping/receiving schedules
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
