Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ warehouse staff through daily operations, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems, including cycle counts and WMS management
- Ensure OSHA compliance and implement continuous safety improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows with transportation and procurement teams
- Analyze operational metrics to drive efficiency gains and cost reductions
- Manage warehouse layout optimization and equipment maintenance schedules
- Develop SOPs and process improvements for receiving, storage, and shipping
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency with WMS (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle) and inventory management systems
- Proven track record in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
