Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with transportation partners
- Train and develop team members on WMS protocols and safety procedures
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Conduct daily performance reviews and corrective action plans
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and safety inspections
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- College degree in Supply Chain preferred
