Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates with equipment provided
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory control systems and accuracy through provided technology
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience with equipment operation
- OSHA certification and strong safety management background
- Proficiency with WMS software and inventory tracking systems
- Forklift and pallet jack operation certification (provided)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
