Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ warehouse associates, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and performance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems, reducing shrinkage by 20%+ through cycle counting audits
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, maintaining 99.5% on-time delivery metrics
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve productivity and reduce operational costs
- Oversee warehouse equipment maintenance and safety compliance programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical bottlenecks
- Generate performance reports and implement data-driven process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- OSHA 30 certification and advanced knowledge of safety regulations
- Proven expertise in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory control methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and process optimization
