Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor team of 15+ warehouse associates, ensuring safety compliance and productivity standards
- Implement lean principles to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system oversight
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and purchasing departments
- Conduct regular safety training and maintain OSHA compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience in high-volume distribution centers
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and warehouse technology
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with lean methodologies and continuous improvement
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
