Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all warehouse activities
- Optimize workflow efficiency to meet productivity targets and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and reporting discrepancies
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless transportation and delivery coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with proven leadership skills
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Excellent communication and team-building capabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
