Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily productivity targets
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and operational best practices
- Optimize inventory management systems, including cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound operations and transportation scheduling
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory, orders, and performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process refinement
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues to management as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervision experience with team leadership responsibilities
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar) and inventory management
- Forklift certification and strong knowledge of warehouse safety regulations
- Proven ability to analyze KPIs and implement process improvements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends for peak seasons
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
