Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train, mentor, and supervise 15+ team members while maintaining performance standards
- Implement lean principles to improve productivity and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless transportation and dock scheduling
- Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate inventory records
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Data analysis experience with performance metrics
