Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 warehouse staff including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee inventory control, receiving, and shipping processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow efficiency
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with transportation and sales teams
- Generate daily/weekly operational reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication abilities (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings/weekends
- College degree in logistics or related field preferred
