Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, scheduling, training, and performance management
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular audits
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS systems
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations
- Generate performance reports and recommend operational improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/distribution
- OSHA 30 certification and strong safety compliance knowledge
- Proficient with WMS (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active) and inventory software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
