Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates, providing performance feedback and training
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance and accident prevention
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and process improvement methodologies
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation procedures
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling and load planning
- Generate performance reports and KPIs for operational analysis and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience in high-volume distribution environments
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active) and inventory management software
- OSHA 30 certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance metrics
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
