Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor team of 10-15 warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular audits for accuracy
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with transportation and purchasing departments for seamless operations
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA certification and thorough knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret KPIs and metrics
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and forklift certification
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
