Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean warehouse practices
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Manage warehouse technology including WMS and RF scanning systems
- Conduct regular cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Develop and maintain departmental KPIs and reporting systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution or logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems and warehouse management software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with OSHA safety protocols and accident investigation
- Associate's degree in logistics or related field preferred
