Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, scheduling daily tasks and ensuring operational targets are met
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Manage inventory control systems, including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow for maximum efficiency
- Train and develop staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks) and SOPs
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and equipment maintenance knowledge
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
