Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (provided by Amazon) including pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanning devices
- Pick, pack, and sort customer orders with precision
- Maintain inventory accuracy using handheld scanners
- Follow safety protocols for equipment handling and warehouse operations
- Collaborate in a fast-paced team environment to meet daily targets
- Perform quality checks on outgoing packages
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to Earhart Blvd facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
