Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, scheduling daily tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular inspections
- Optimize inventory management systems using WMS software
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless loading/unloading
- Train staff on equipment operation and standard procedures
- Analyze KPIs to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage facility maintenance and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Data analysis experience with inventory metrics
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
