Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates, conducting regular performance reviews and training.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
- Implement and monitor Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to optimize inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Managers to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery schedules.
- Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with WMS software (e.g., Manhattan, SAP, Oracle) and basic computer literacy.
- Valid forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 training certification.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet business demands.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
