Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and oversee stock accuracy.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates and seasonal staff.
- Optimize warehouse layouts and processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Handle escalated customer service issues and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on daily operations and labor performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Proven experience leading teams and conducting performance reviews.
- Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory control principles.
- Forklift certification and ability to operate heavy machinery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
