Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure 100% compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock transfers to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity and morale.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and address potential hazards immediately.
- Supervise the loading, unloading, and shipping processes to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Prepare performance reports and track KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Proven track record of supervising teams and meeting operational KPIs.
- Certified forklift operator (CDL preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
