Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Implement and monitor strict safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all staff.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to improve productivity, morale, and operational standards.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to minimize shrinkage and ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with logistics coordinators and supply chain partners to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and coordinate vendor repairs as needed.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records related to shipments, damages, and inventory counts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) and OSHA safety training certification.
- Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
