Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping activities.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to prevent stockouts.
- Conduct regular safety audits and equipment maintenance checks.
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs.
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve logistical issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
