Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Optimize warehouse layout to minimize picking time and maximize throughput
- Collaborate with remote logistics coordinators to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA and company standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Train new team members on picking protocols and remote tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/picking experience or equivalent training
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
