Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy and document discrepancies in our digital tracking system
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital platforms for inventory updates
- Operate warehouse equipment efficiently to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and quarterly physical inventory audits
- Train on new warehouse technologies and remote work protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift Certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for remote reporting and inventory systems
- Strong communication skills for hybrid team interactions
- Reliable transportation to Portland facility
