Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Manage the scheduling and shift assignments of warehouse personnel.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve logistical issues and streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required: We value attitude and aptitude over past job titles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment requiring lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus but not mandatory.
