Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ team members, assigning daily tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Implement inventory control systems using provided WMS technology and RF scanners
- Conduct safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance with company-provided PPE
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics using our fleet of forklifts and pallet jacks
- Analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Train staff on new equipment and warehouse management software
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Forklift certification (provided if not current)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
