Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff daily, ensuring efficient workflow and safety protocols
- Manage inventory systems using provided WMS technology and scanning equipment
- Coordinate loading/unloading operations with provided forklifts and pallet jacks
- Implement process improvements using provided automation tools and software
- Conduct safety training sessions with provided PPE and safety equipment
- Generate performance reports using provided analytics platforms
- Coordinate with transportation teams using provided communication systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with equipment operation background
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain with company-provided training
- Proficient in WMS systems; training on our provided platforms included
- Forklift certification (provided if not current)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work 2nd shift (4 PM - 12 AM) with flexible scheduling options
- Basic math and computer literacy with provided training resources
