Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and implement safety protocols for equipment handling
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations
- Utilize provided warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and report issues
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with equipment handling
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven mindset

- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
