Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and lead 10-15 team members on safety protocols and equipment usage
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure on-time deliveries
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and report issues
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Certification in OSHA safety standards preferred
- Proficient in WMS and inventory software
- Experience with RF scanning equipment
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
