- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and supervise 10-15 warehouse staff using company-provided equipment
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Manage inventory systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency using provided forklifts and scanners
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Proficiency with WMS software and inventory management systems
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- OSHA safety certification preferred
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (company-provided training available)
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
