Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including training and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean practices
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless dock operations
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and report issues
- Analyze productivity metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Handle customer order fulfillment and shipping documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with inventory audits and cycle counting
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma; bachelor's preferred
