As a key member of our logistics division, you'll oversee daily warehouse activities, implement efficient processes, and maintain inventory accuracy. We provide all necessary tools including powered pallet jacks, inventory scanners, and safety gear – so you can focus on leadership and operational excellence from day one.
Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems using provided RF scanners and WMS software
- Enforce strict OSHA safety protocols with company-provided PPE and equipment
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock-to-stock operations
- Implement lean principles to reduce waste and improve throughput
- Conduct regular cycle counts using provided inventory management tools
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives with company-funded projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification (company provides training if needed)
- Strong analytical skills for process optimization
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally (company provides mechanical aids)
- Valid driver's license (company vehicles available for site transport)
- Experience with OSHA compliance and safety audits
