Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and develop team of warehouse associates through training and performance coaching
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and equipment handling procedures
- Optimize inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Generate operational reports and analyze performance metrics
- Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and ensure proper usage of provided tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
