Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement lean practices to optimize inventory accuracy and reduce operational costs
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment through regular audits
- Coordinate with logistics partners to maintain seamless supply chain visibility
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management tools
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
