Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 10-15 warehouse associates with flexible shift scheduling
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory management systems and accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation and supply chain teams
- Train and develop staff for operational excellence
- Conduct performance reviews and performance improvement plans
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification required
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with inventory audits and cycle counting
