Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor team members on equipment operation, safety protocols, and efficiency standards
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling and load optimization
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate performance reports and analyze operational KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse management systems
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Proficiency in inventory control procedures and cycle counting
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Flexible availability to cover various shifts including weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
