Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment processes
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory management systems to minimize waste and maximize accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure seamless transportation workflows
- Generate and analyze operational reports to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience
- Proven expertise in inventory control and warehouse management systems
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
- Proficient in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle WMS)
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
