Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and shipping.
- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing OSHA safety regulations and conducting regular safety audits.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to prevent stockouts.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Forklift certification and ability to operate heavy machinery.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems (WMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when required.
