Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Implement and maintain strict safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and coordinate with inventory control teams.
- Optimize workflow processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Handle scheduling, timekeeping, and performance reviews for staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and direct staff.
- Forklift certification and familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
