Responsibilities
- Oversee daily receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock placement and cycle counts.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and safety.
- Enforce strict safety protocols, OSHA compliance standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Conduct regular safety audits and equipment maintenance checks.
- Handle conflict resolution and performance reviews within the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Forklift certification and ability to operate heavy machinery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Valid forklift operator license (AZ, LF, RF).
